"I was working on my grandmothers vehicle she needed an alignment so she took her vehicle to this goodyear and the mechanic that worked on her vehicle stole my personal tools out of the vehicle when i called to ask them about it the person on the phone said the mechanic seen the tool placed it to the side and then somehow it ended up in his personal bag in at his house, and that he would bring it back. My ? Is why was it removed from the vehicle in the first place and why didnt he put it back if he had to move it which he shouldn’t have had to move it to do what he needed to do. Don’t leave personal items in your vehicle if you come here you might not have them when you leave"

"They took care of my vehicle and as I waited for them to be done. The lobby was comfortable and air conditioning was keeping the heat outside away from me. As I watched television cable , before I realized it my vehicle was done. The tires I brought from Goodyear from the eagle line improved the ride substantially. I am satisfied with the tires and the customer service was great too. Very polite and knowledgeable about all things tire related."

"We were on a driving holiday to Pittsburgh from Toronto when we had a front brake caliper on our minivan seize on us near downtown early last Saturday afternoon and start overheating and smoking. We knew we had only minimal driving left before we would become stranded, and after a couple of false leads as to a possible facility that might (1) actually be open and (2) be able to squeeze us in for diagnosis asap we lucked upon this business. The service manager (Kendal) was calm and utterly professional and his mechanics did the "impossible" for us in assessing what the problem was, what was needed, and sourcing and accessing the needed parts for the unfolding repair before they closed so that we could indeed be back on our way. Nothing but the highest of accolades for the entire experience - including the nicely appointed waiting area, and totally fair pricing for the parts and labor provided. Kudos to all involved."
