"The lady at the desk was very rude. She told us she couldn’t be a witness and when two witnesses were provided she had then said the signatures aren’t the same. Now correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that falls to the two witnesses the signer has with them to testify that the signatures are correct and that she is the correct person. Signatures change as we get older. We’re human and we all are going through something. I find it ridiculous that my Travel RN mother who has been fighting the Covid nonsense from the start and is just trying to move closer to home and can’t even get a bit of slack from the notary for not having a perfect signature. I recommend just avoiding this notary and maybe going somewhere with better reviews. It may be less convenient but you’ll thank yourself later."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Lady working was rude to the point she was downright mean. Did not know what she was doing. Refused to do a simple title transfer. Tried to claim she couldn't even touch it. Went to another notary who confirm there was nothing wrong woth what we needed done. Other location had our transfer and plate all processed in less than 10 minutes."
