"Costco will find excuses to not guarantee the tires they install once they start wearing out early. Go elsewhere"
"They were prompt, polite, helpful, and informative. Great job."
"I found a slow leak on a tire, and went to Costco Tires to check it out. As I bought the tires from Costco, they will fix all leaks free (when a leak is safe to be patched). I found out about the leak at the last minute, so went without an appointment. Kim was great, and was able to accommodate me, Andy fixed the tire within 35 minutes (they originally estimated 1 to 2 hours). A big thank you to Costco Tires! The Tire Center is located in the main lobby itself with the shopping carts (not inside the shopping area), and the parking area for the Tire Center is located around the left side of the building - see photos. Edit: I also found out that Costco will rotate tires for free during the lifetime of tires purchased from Costco."
"I bought a set of four Michelin tires at Costco, which they installed. On the way home, I noticed that the tire pressures were significantly different between some of the tires (by up to 4psi) and all of the tires were overinflated compared to the car recommendation. In addition, there was a clear vibration in the steering wheel, so the tires weren't even balanced properly. On the paperwork, there was a signature by the "10-point inspection", but clearly there was no inspection if even the tire pressures were all over the place, let alone the wheels not balanced. The next day I stopped in to get this fixed, and the guy told me I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before they can get to it since I'm a walk-in! He didn't care at all that they failed to install the tires correctly in the first place and wasn't interested in trying to make this right. He offered me another appointment for a week later (!) to rebalance the wheels. I'm really disappointed and I will not be back to Costco Tire Center."
"Demand for new tires is greater than supply service bays and technicians to install them. Customer service representative friendly and helpful. Don't know what much more they could do in this situation though. They now even offer appointments, but the first available slots are two weeks out."
