"What can possibly be said. You are entering Pennsylvania from West Virginia or entering West Virginia from Pennsylvania. Depending on which way you are traveling, your trip has either gotten better or it has gotten worse. During the summer months you can find farmers selling fruits and vegetables at the old abandoned Citgo Station. If your heading into West Virginia from Pennsylvania, make sure you don't speed across the border as the local police in WV write so many tickets at the border it's not even funny!"
