"I was hopeful in leaving a good review but that did not happen. I called this currency to ask if they offered notary services. I asked if it was by appointment and what time(s) it is done. The employee I spoke to said yes they did and yelled to an employee Angela to see what time she was available. I was told she would be available until 5. I specifically told the employee what time I would be there and all seemed well. I packed up all of my children and got to the location before 5 at the time I told them I would be there to be told I’m sorry she just left. She’s gone for the day. I said I called earlier and gave you a time and you gave me a name and a time and she’s not here? How unprofessional is that. She said you can come tomorrow. I responded with no thank you and left. That was such horrible customer service to me. Really upsetting to have someone tell you something not hold up their end of the bargain and not be empathetic about the mistake that THEY made. Definitely not a way to run a business. I will not be returning to this location. If you need notary services the currency on Cermak and Cicero is quick, and has awesome customer service."
