My father who is 74 year old and who doesn’t speak/read english had a house insurance with allstate juan del real for about $1300 per year and after 3 year the same policy had price increase WITHOUT NOTICE to $3278 per year. Juan del real took advantage that my father Morgate payment include the property taxes and home insurance therefore Juan del real all need it to do is to increase price and send the bill to bank who hold the mortgage for my father property. The bank simple send the check for the whole amount to juan del real with no questions ask and as a result the bank simple add new charges to my father Morgate payment. Note: if you ever get an insurance from this agent, make sure to review constantly the price of your policy."
