When it was time for my rescheduled appointment I had to call them because it was 20 minutes passed my time. They never called me back, customer service kept on telling me that they were busy with other clients and this happened around 3 times. I was ready to hire them but they never showed interest in returning my calls."

We ended up spending double the money because eventually we had to change lawyers because this law firm got us more and more into a mess.
