"5/5 Great Staff friendly environment. Food was fair price and tasted great for an arcade! Well over 100 of my favorite games. If you’re looking for something to do that doesn’t cost you a lot of money this is the place to be. They have laser tag and vr for cheap aswell 5/5 stars 10/10 place definitely recommend!"

"I had 7, 10, 13, & 15 year olds with us and bought the basic 3 hour package. It was a good value for the money. There's so much to do there: new & old arcade games, mini golf, pinball, virtual reality, food, etc. There was the new Mortal Kombat game, shooting games, Contra, motorcycle, car, truck, & snowmobile games, Mario Kart, and so much more. We had to leave after 2 hours for another event but we all wanted to stay longer. Set aside a full 3 hours for this. Plus the front desk associates were friendly, helpful, and good with the kids."

"I haven’t been to Play Port in years and I decided to go today as my last experience here was great, it’s really unfortunate how much this place has went downhill. The staff is very kind however most of the games here were broken or didn’t work properly, they got rid of a lot of the vintage arcade games and replaced them with modern ones that you have to pay to use, I remember when every single game here was free to play which is what made this place so well known and awesome. They still do have vintage games but there is a very limited selection now and they got rid of most of the ones I enjoyed playing. There are very few pinball machines and most of them are all broken, there is only two that work and they’re both glitchy. What happened to this place? It used to be awesome!"

"Just left my son's birthday party there. We reserved 2-4 p.m. with an additional hour in the arcade. The pizza was pretty good, not hot when we received it, but taste wasn't bad. Other food received by family members tasted old and was cold. The employees that I saw, were standing at the desk almost the entire time. They told us we had to empty the party room by 4:15. Of course there are no visible clocks in the arcade. They don't give any reminders on time, so when I checked my phone it was 4:20. So I hurried to the party area. I started to clean out my things as the few employees started to clean up as well. As I was speaking to the what I'm assuming is the manager, an employee took my PERSONAL BAG & moved it to the counter. I did not give consent to moving my personal bookbag. They didn't even notify me that they were planning on moving my belongings. The manager then informed me that the payment never went through because they don't keep the card on file. Which is understandable, but they failed to ask the host of the party for the payment as they watched him walk out of the door and asked him if he was the party host. So overall experience was not very good. Don't recommend probably will not be coming back."

"Playport was absolutely amazing, the staff were professional, it was very clean and easy to navigate considering how big it is and best of all it's local! 3 hours of non stop play for 12 and some change isn't bad. My friends and I had an absolute blast!"
