"The communication at this facility is top notch. I've had no issues and the staff is always understanding of my needs."
"The team is nice, I've been a patient for 30 years. However, over the past year every single time I try to refill a prescription something goes wrong. They call in the wrong refill date, call in a completely wrong medication, etc. I end up spending sometimes days trying to get them to 1st believe me that they made a mistake. Then even longer trying to get them to care enough to fix it. All of this while they know I'm becoming sicker and sicker and more panicked they'll close for the weekend without correcting their careless mistakes, leaving me stranded and unable to function. its very frustrating and scary as the patient. UPDATE: they messed up again. I don't even know what to say. This never would have happened with the old providers."
"If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. Absolutely atrocious customer care practices - coming from someone who also works in healthcare. The front desk has often been very rude and unhelpful. One of the providers, Chandra, is quite possibly the worst provider I have ever seen. She is entirely uneducated, not empathetic, and is quite incompetent in her position. She reported that she had several years of psychiatric experience in particular, but made gross judgements based on a med list, and was not even familiar with one of my diagnoses. My entire family stopped going here due to lack of competent care, it was so terrible. If you care about your wellbeing, I would recommend avoiding this facility at all costs."
"I love this place, been going here since 2017. they've been quick to get me any type of healthcare needed. i don't understand if these people reviewing negatively are talking about the secretary staff? the nurses? or drs? i know the secretary's were super super overwhelmed when the pandemic was first in full swing, but the doctors and nurses were always helpful and listened to my concerns as well as ordering tests to give me answers and peace of mind. never had any problems with referrals either. when i call to get tested for covid they always squeeze me in within a few hours at most the next morning,and i always get my results within 24 hours but it's usually the same night i got the test which is soooo convenient. my only thing close to a "complaint" is that I miss Kaye, she was amazing and so was Heather, those two leaving is the only thing i was truly upset about in my time of being a patient there."
"I would like to say that my provider, Heather Jones, is AMAZING! I wish I could rate her separately because she's wonderful. Heather would get 5 STARS! However, the rest of my experience with the office is consistently poor. I have far too many examples of how the office drops the ball. For example, It took 18 months to get a referral for a yearly mammogram (I was even told by someone in the office that they NEVER do referrals for mammograms - That's obviously inaccurate, as I'm certain I'm not they're only female patient the office sees) Multiple times I have showed up for appointments and been told they either forgot my appointment or is too busy and I need to come back a different day. This happened again for my son's yearly check up last week - an appointment I made a YEAR ago. They said they'd call me and reschedule...they never called. Additionally, I was diagnosed on Friday with COVID and was told to call my PCP immediately (especially since I had been in their office). They told me they'd call me right back... that was 5 days ago. I guess I'll navigate COVID myself."
