"Bad experience for me. Hygienist skills were awkward . Extremely uncomfortable. Secondly, dentist did not even do filling. A student did the work. End result has been very uncomfortable. I am not ok with paying professional services, for a student to do the work. In addition, 2 visible sharp edges were left on 2 teeth, along with ongoing discomfort that was not there before. Today I returned to Tri County, and requested my records be forwarded to a professional dental office in Conway."

"The staff are relatively helpful but unfortunately they are making it harder on some low income folks to receive care due to changing insurance protocol. I went there for one desperately needed service but unfortunately they were unwilling to perform it without all of these other prerequisites. Now that this new protocol is in place I'm left without the service I truly needed. This is suppose to be run by a community action agency yet they don't accept Medicaid and will not offer me sliding scale on my new copays. Therefore I'm left unable to complete the treatment I so desperately needed from them. All this after following their treatment plan in hopes of receiving the care I actually asked for at the beginning of my treatment. Instead I'm left without that tangible benefit because they would not allow me to dictate my manner of treatment. After all I'm just a disabled nobody so they must feel my request are irrelevant. All the work I've done trying to mitigate the issues have culminated in me not receiving the care I needed due to their changing insurance policy. Im very upset because I hoped that a community action agency would at least offer me a sliding scale or other incentives to assist me in getting the remaining treatment. Instead I'm left feeling belittled and lied too!"

"I’ve gotten 1 back tooth pulled & 3 extractions done from Tamworth Dental Center & both times I wasn’t in any pain and I healed very well. It was done in a timely manner along with my healing time. They took well care of me well pregnant, seeing how when you’re pregnant you have to let a hygienist know that you are pregnant."

"For me this was the best dental office I ever went to..I called they got me in and I went they all were so so acomendating and professional. I needed an extraction and everything went painless and quickly..well explained to what they would do and what I should expect..I was so happy and thrilled with everyone there. The one that pulled the tooth was so quick amazing.. I had A +++ experience and thank you very very much to all that participated!!!!"

"Don’t listen to the low rating! This is the best dental office I’ve been to thus far. The receptionist was very nice and both the hygienist and dentist were amazing! As someone with anxiety about the dentist, I felt comfortable and relaxed. They weren’t judgmental about my cavities as like some of my previous dental encounters and made sure to make small talk during my appointment. They took the time and effort to ensure that x-rays and cleaning were covered by my insurance and kept my cost low. Before I even arrived they had already viewed my x-rays sent over from a previous dentist and were prepared to give me the best possible treatment plan. I highly suggest this office if you’re someone looking for affordable care and great bed side manner."
