"If you're not excepting new clients you should probably deactivate your website or the ability to find you. Very discouraged to read your reviews and get "we are no longer taking new customers". Why are you still advertising then? Its upsetting to not have enough veterinary coverage in New England with knowledgeable vets, it is infuriating when you think you've found someone who could help only to hear this message. If you're not taking new clients then maybe have someone you can referr people to in your message on your answering service."

"Unfortunately will not be returning. Although they temporarily fixed the problem for my dog, I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails for weeks and weeks with questions and updates on the rest of her results and medication. I understand life if hard and people get sick but after almost 2 months of NEEDING these questions answered and spending well over 1000 dollars ( well over) the lack of communication and following up is just not worth it. This has been a problem since the first 1000 dollars that came out of my pocket. It’s unprofessional, now I have to go spend thousands more dollars for the same things I’ve already done for her somewhere else so I can understand what’s happening to my dog. Hopefully they get better with their communication skills and getting back to people that have been calling for 2 months. Thank god it wasn’t an emergency. Will not be coming back, I’m also unfortunately still waiting for multiple test results but I guess I’ll have to get them somewhere else since they will not return my voicemails !"

"Dr. Janet is the absolute BEST if your dog has any skin problem!! After spending over $1000 at my local vet to treat my rough collie and still no closer to healing I searched for a specialist and am so happy I found Dr. Janet. My dog was suffering terribly with reddened areas on his skin that would spread and breakdown and become completely exposed and raw. He couldn’t stop licking the areas so I had to make him wear a cone. My vet had no idea what it was. They ordered so many tests and different medications with no results and huge vet bills, which would have been okay if I saw any improvement but his condition only worsened. My vet never even asked what he was eating. I was felt so bad for my dog, we reached despair. Dr. Janet’s first appointment with your pet will be two to three hours long and expect to pay for her knowledge and expertise but in the end she will get results. She is passionate about what she does and is 100% dedicated to her career! She loves your pet and will do everything she can to find the cause and the correct treatment. My dog’s skin is now all cleared up and I so fortunate to have found Dr. Janet."
