"After spending 2400$ on a "solid" one owner car with no issues according to the add. went there and then told me just needed plugs and Coils☠️. Entire fuel system needed to be redone the suspension is uneven. Engine got a loud knock not even 2 weeks after buying it back in October. wish i looked at the reviews before buying. they know what theyre doing."
"Brought my recently purchased truck in for an inspection, Brandon Brooks told me it needed wheel bearings and a fog light to pass inspection. Three weeks later i pick up my truck, it’s barely moving, blowing heavy black smoke. Brandon said its fine will work itself out, probably from sitting for a few weeks. The battery terminals were recently loosened on the Turbo side, when I confronted Brandon, he told me he let an employee run it into the ground when he left the shop. After reviewing several complaints over decades with business he previously owned, its a clear pattern of theft, dishonesty, and negligence."
"Don't take my word on it, look at all the other reviews. The half that say 5 star are made by the business owner Brandon Brooks and his daughter Alyssa OR they simply have very little/no comment. In the comments made as replies from the businesses account he said that he doesn’t know why people expect the cars to be in good condition because they are old and tries to blame the customer saying they must just like to complain online. They are not a reputable business and the family is attempting to lie in order to make their overall review better on google. Do not fall for this and do not buy from them. They are rude, unfairly priced, and a majority of the time they provide vehicles that have several issues and will try to hide it and blame the customer when caught. BEWARE."
"Did not mention the 6 codes on the computer nor the knock from one of the struts. Listing made it as if the car was turn key ready to go but a closer look said otherwise. May want to tell people the car will not pass inspection. (Shutting off the check engine light doesn’t make a car pass inspection) *Reply* So you admit that you don't actually check the vehicles before listing and selling them. Got it. It would be prudent to disclose the problems with any vehicle you are selling before listing them. Also, your guy did not jump the vehicle this morning as it was a slightly slow start as it was most likely sitting since "it was towed in" and your guy (who I have absolutely no problem with as he was a nice guy) had a hard time finding the key and if he had actually jumped it this morning, chances are he would have 1. known roughly where the key was and 2. your guy had no idea we were coming to look at this car. Keep lying to save face as your reputation stands on it's own merits."
"Drove over an hour to look at a car, texted the guy on my way over told him I was on my way he wasn't there when I showed up. It was a dealership but refused to let me test drive the vehicle off the lot. Pictures were deceiving I didn't realize there was so much front end damage until I showed up, figured since I drove so long to get there I would test drive it anyway. Failed to mention the multiple check engine codes on the vehicle I wouldn't have known were there until getting into the vehicle. The ad made it sound like the car had no problems. Absolute waste of my time. Buyer beware! It was sketchy from the minute I walked in until I left. I wouldn't drive a vehicle from this dealer lot if you bought it for me."
