"Was looking for a spare part, and the employees were very knowledgeable when I phoned them. I drove over and was shocked to see that NONE of the sales associates were wearing masks despite the state-wide mandate and us being at the height of the pandemic. ALL of the customers in the store wore masks. I turned around and found the same part on Amazon half price. Wasted an hour's drive. I'm not giving my money to people who obviously don't value my health. Please keep everyone safe."
"I was referred to this business by a local auto repair shop: "They have the gas cap you need, and they will even put it on for you". Well, not only did I have to wait for quite a while before someone helped me; he watched me come in the door. I had this strong feeling that the parts man was very annoyed that I interrupted him with whatever he was doing. Very unfriendly service. When I asked him if he could help me with removing the old gas cap, he refused. Fortunately there are plenty of other businesses who deserve my business."
