"I have shopped at Aubuchon since the doors opened.. Every shopping experience has been above & beyond all the expectations of products that are available & outstanding store personnel. Example: BIG John sets the bar out of sight for aspiring sales representatives. He is very professional & exceptionally personable. His greeting to ALL customers is warm & welcoming. BIG John is VERY familiar with store inventory & spends the time necessary with all the customers & to insure that their Aubuchon experience is memorable. He brings GREAT credit upon himself, the Hillsborough store & the Aubuchon brand. I recommend a pay raise that is commensurate with his abilities & expertise."
"I go here all the time and lately it seems like the staff is more interested in talking to each other than actually helping customers and when you interrupt them to ask them a question they have a attitude and give you a short answer and just walk away it just seems like the managers here don’t care anymore so I might have to start driving the extra 10 minutes and go somewheres else not that they will care. Also if you go on the website don’t believe what it says if something is available because it’s not there half the time or it’s not in the right place."
