"Absolutely awful. First the Verizon call center messed up every part of the order and suggested visiting the New London retailer. They even set up a "priority appointment" so we took the 40 minute drive to visit them for this appointment and the guy working had 2 customers he was working with. One guy looked at us and said he had been waiting for the last 3 hours. We sat down to wait and the guy working stated it would be about 3 hours by the time he got us and he would be closed before he could handle us for our "priority appointment" so we left and went to At&t where the process took roughly 15 minutes and walked out with a new phone. Immediately canceled all Verizon lines I had."
