"I cannot recommend. They are not good at packing or shipping…. Brought item in to be packed and shipped (unique oem radio for a 30 year old car that only had 600 produced), and the young woman working assured me that it was in good hands. The item was delivered broken. Apparently, the item was packed with a single thin layer of bubble wrap in a tight box. Ups wouldn’t honor the $100 insurance cause it was poorly packed. Also cost me $35 to send out yet only cost $9 for the item to be sent back to me through UPS (box was approximately 12inx6inx8in)… I basically paid them to break an item I had to refund. I cannot recommend"

"Stay Far away. My wife was assaulted after asking for the printer to fix a mistake. He threw the product at her in front of our 3 year old. He blames “loud equipment on the interaction and tried to get her to pay for both the error and the fixed copy! This place is consistently rude and will not follow simple instructions. Stay far away!"

"I had some note cards made from my pictures and was extremely pleased with how they came out. I told James what I had in mind and he made it happen. He gave me good advice and did nice detail work. They are beautiful. They were done in the time frame he gave me. Many thanks to the whole team that worked on them."

The gentleman working was very quick to offer help, and even some crayons and a coloring sheet to occupy my kids while I was wrapping up a box. Very friendly and welcoming experience. Thank you!"
