They will then terminate services with an adolescent client while they are in crisis. Liza is an amazing therapist, but Becky, however instructs her therapists to abandon cases stating they are beyond their scope of care even though the diagnoses are listed in their area of expertise on their website and Psychology Today profile. Please, for the love of God, do not use True North Healing for your children's mental health care."

"$140 dollars cancellation fee. Incredibly awful experience. Ashley on the phone was very nice, but this policy is criminal. Choosing to attend a medical school interview should not cost me $140 from a service that is meant to help improve my livelihood. Go anywhere else but True North Healing. Ridiculous"

"I don’t usually leave reviews but TNHC has really dialed in on every detail of their practice. The space is truly beautiful and the employees are all so pleasant to be around! I brought my family to their open house and every single clinician and therapist I chat with was down to earth and genuine. The waiting room is cozy and has snacks. Food is my love language. I usually have at least one of my kids with me and being able to grab a coffee for me plus a hot chocolate for them is always a much appreciated treat!! I have not had the pleasure of attending a yoga class *yet* but I am very excited to try! I love that they keep the classes small and that they are run by trauma informed instructors! True North Healing Center is such a wonderful addition to the community and I’m glad they are here putting in the work to help make the world a better place."
