"They started getting new employees which is great since the others had no awareness, slow and rude. Went there on Sunday and Wesley one of the new employees was so nice and seemed like a kind hearted person. Wesley was fast and kind during my experience and I’m glad he will be serving me in the future."

"I bought a sandwich here and after 10 minutes of slow service with lots of employees, my order never came out. I went up to the counter and told them and one of the employees said, “Where is your receipt” with the worst attitude. They never gave me a reciept. I told them that and showed them on my phone a purchase from this Dunkin Donuts on my card, they told me they couldnt do anything. I had to buy a new sandwich and never got a refund or anything. Obviously they dont want to be there but it doesnt give you the right to treat me with an attitude."

"consistently rude employees, always cold or incorrect food, i get if you hate working at dunkin but there’s no need to be as rude as yall are. i literally have never been able to completely order without being cut off and felt like i was a nuisance or bother. i only go here because it’s close to home but im gonna just start making the drive somewhere else."
