"Not enough help to cover all the people ordering coffee. I left 2 dunkin donuts because the service was so slow. Not the workers fault they are under staffed."

On Veteran's Day when Dunkin is offering free donuts to our military service people you have the nerve to charge full price for the donut or when questioned you could give it at 1/2 price. Did you not get the memo that the donuts were to be FREE. Just so you know other Dunkin in the neighborhood are giving the donuts away free no questions asked."

"Absolute disarray. Took over 30 minutes for a walk-in mobile order to be completed and 2 talks to staff to actually finish it. The whole time it looked like nobody knew what they were doing. They were behind in orders and continually getting everything wrong. On top of that, some of the staff were visibly irritable and were loudly airing grievances. Either needs all new staff or a better training program at this particular location."

"The dirty blonde girl that is covered in colored tattoos that worked the window today is absolutely disrespectful and should be fired for how she speaks to customers. I come here almost daily and the amount of times they screw up my order is pathetic I got half my order and she lost her temper on me because she’s a idiot and not paying attention to what she’s supposed to be doing."

"I visited at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning. This was a very busy location but they were amazing. The store was clean and organized. The staff works very time efficiently. There was minimal to no wait at all , our order was out to us fast and was 100% accurate. Kudos to the staff at this location. Job well done!!!"
