"A few months ago I was evaluated by Dr. John Donnelly for legal reasons, to decide whether I was still eligible for the state benefits I was receiving. At one point in the meeting I told him my mother abused me growing up, and that I tried to kill myself when I was thirteen, which is sadly the absolute truth. He wasn't even listening to me, he was just pestering me for the URL of my blog (which I'd mentioned in passing earlier, after being asked if I had one). When I called him out on it, saying "And you don't even care," he responded, to my face, "You're right, I don't care, because I don't want to hear you talk about your mother that way." He then had the audacity to grin at me. The rest of the appointment was little better, he was insulting and degrading, and grinning and joking at me throughout as he did so, and then he twice asked for my opinion of him, seeking validation for his astonishing treatment for me (In my experience that's a common trait in pigs; they often seek validation to subconsciously reassure themselves they're not as bad as they are). The man acted more like an immature, jocular teenager than the man of sixty or so he was supposed to be. His actions were not merely inappropriate to me, they went far beyond---they were downright malicious, utter malpractice. How this man is a certified doctor is beyond me, he's utterly unsuitable and undeserving of his certificate (which he proudly showed off at the very beginning, like the fake doctors in the Flying Circus episode 'Hamlet' did)."
