"Justin installed our gas boiler after several months of non communication so many no shows no phone returns left us in the cold with only 1 zone working and outside faucet cut and not fixed left gas water heater unvented for 2 weeks I would not recommend him to anyone still have to clean his mess outside up refused to come fix furnace and faucet"

"I hired him to do all new plumbing and heating system in my home. We paid him and bought the material. He showed up 3 or 4 times. he had dumped garbage off there from other jobs he had been working on. the work he did has to be replaced as it was installed improperly according to the plumbing inspector. He cut up one main support which had to be repaired. He didn't pull any permits for the job. When I asked him for receipts for the stuff he bought on line with my credit card he handed me a bunch of receipts for stuff he had bought 6 months before I had even talked about him doing the job. I still have not seen the receipts. I think they did more drinking than working, I pulled out 3 contractor bags of alcohol cans out of my basement just thrown all around. I would not hire him to plumb my outhouse!!!"

"I was trying to get Justin to get a job done at my bosses house. Justin made an appointment and when I contacted him to confirm he tells me he needed to change to the next day. I said it worked. When we reached out to check on the time he tells me he would need to change the day to the weekend. I had given him my boss's number to contact and asked him could he call him and confirm with him if the weekend would work. Justin never called. I have emailed him checking if he was still interested on the job and he has yet to respond 5 days later. Obviously we aren't working with him, but I am shocked he went from a 5 star plumber to completely unprofessional. Never contacting me first. Me always having to contact him. Just not professional at all in my book."
