"Horrible experience. Just bought our house and we’re only living there for 2 days and deciding how and if we would use Blue Flame for our business too since previous home owners used them. Got an email about locking the tank (zero notice given) so I called to ask them to wait one day so my husband and I could make a decision. The woman on the phone was so combative you’d think I was asking for the moon! I’m not sure I’ve ever been spoken to so horribly ever before. Needless to say we are grateful to Cota and Cota for graciously accepting both our home and business propane and Oil needs."
