"The delivery driver we had deliver the mail today literally yelled at me because I put return to sender on mail that didn’t belong to anyone in my home because they no longer reside here. And told me to just throw the mail away. He was very nasty and rude. Fair haven USPS you need to figure out your drivers. They are rude and nasty and don’t care about their job"

"If anyone reads this, just know that you'd find more responsible children in a preschool than this place. Don't get your mail through this place, they will give it to someone else without any ID check and you will be left to fend for yourself. Best Advice is just get your mail anywhere but this Post Office, trust me it'll be more convenient for you in the long run."

"i wish i could give them no stars. the delivery drivers are THE WORST. a side from constantly getting my neighbors mail (some of which was time sensative) and continuously not getting my own they delivered a package to the wrong house resulting in it basically being stolen. all i can say is i am BEYOND thankful i am finally moving out of their service area. i have NEVER dealt with such incompetent people in my life. the postal service should consider finding new drivers for this location"

"I had a package that was stuck in the tracking dead zone -- being routed and rerouted to the wrong zip code/sorting facility. After a quick phone call they were able to have my package straightened out and delivered the very next day first thing in the AM. Thank You Sue and the rest of the team!"
