"new customer here, Ryan & Charles came and delivered and set up tanks. was impressed they were both approachable. respectful with my home and my space and asked before walking through my bedroom to get to hot water tank. and best of all they were respectful of our dogs as well and even talked to them and once installation complete petted them and gave them a little attention for being so good while they were there."

"Been waiting all day for there driver to show. Just for me to call and then say "having truck problems" terrible service a company should have more then one truck or at least have the common sense to call and tell people that they will be late. NEVER USE THEM. Guy was late because he had to go pick up his dog from his house."

"Terrible customer service out of the office that services Barre, VT. Filled the tank for the house that I own prior to me owning the home and is now charging me for that service, despite it happening before I owned the property. Company does not communicate very well either , nor do their customer service representatives even know their job enough to give you a proper answer . Recommend looking for another company if you are staying in central Vermont."
