Refused a refund of a purchase of one single item I made minutes before due to manager saying "3 minutes untill closing no don't do her return. ." This left me no money for my son's dinner tonight. They knew it was my last buck and I made a mistake. I even asked why they wouldn't make her a friend quickly to make a happy customer. They told me not to be unhappy and to leave. The blond manager. HIGHLY NARCISSISTIC AND DISRESPECTFUL SLIGHTLY PREJUDICE TOWARDS MENTAL HEALTH. The manager waited at the door and shut it quickly and abruptly behind me and my mother. Did not even say goodnight and was watching Us shopping intently for 15 minutes before closing. She didn't even come up and tell us they were closing. Might want to reconsider hiring this lady. When I questioned this my speech was insulted, speech difficulties caused by the pharmaceutical industry. This treatment of a customer was a show of patent ignorance."
