"I love this small town post office. I'm there every week. There's never a line. I always exchange pleasantries with them. Yes they have weird hours but they open early so you can get there before work. I'm grateful there is one here in town. Thanks!"
"If it where possible to leave negative ratings, I would. Cutomer service is awful, my neighbors get my mail and I theirs, I've had important items mis-delivered and almost every time we have a free postage label, it gets returned for additional postage. I've eve found my mail on the ground in front of my mailbox. Bring these things to their attention and the response is pretty much "oh, well." I like living in Westford, but the post office leaves a lot to be desired."
"Terrible customer service, 1 star is too high for this location. I have had constant issues with the staff with "setting my mailbox" to the perfect height for them, yet even when it is at the correct height they don't deliver the mail. They will try to charge me for excessively heavy mail (instead of the mailer being charged). I wish this office would get audited by the USPS!!!"
"Charges me for packages that are free shipping every time. Even charged me to send a flat bday card. I worked in a post office and my father is a manager at another post office, neither of us have ever seen anything like this."
"Even though I have informed this postmaster (twice) that the previous owners of my home no longer live here I continue to get mail for them. Not only that but I get the mail of my neighbors as well. On top of that there have been two incidents where their logic/processes have lacked consistency and they are completely oblivious to it."
