"I was suppose to have a package arrive today, I live right down the road and never received my package. Very unpleased with the lack of effort this company has to deliver mail."
"We have always had a good experience here, they have been helpful with a lot of things including setting up a P.O. Box and getting a new mailbox set up at our home. They’ve always been super friendly and courteous! I ship things often as I have an online retail business, and they always make sure things are sent out in a timely manner. Thank you to our postal workers! We appreciate everything you do!"
"It’s clean, has reasonable hours, the staff are efficient and polite, there’s rarely more than one person in line, and they are able to locate my packages in less than a minute. I really don’t think you can ask much more of the post office."
"They open people's mail... Had some sensitive letters come in to a PO Box and letters had been opened and rifled through as if someone wanted info. This is being reported to the proper authorities... Good luck to whomever handles mail there."
"This is hands down the worst post office I've EVER come across. I've had countless items lost here only for them to pop up at a later date. Their customer service is piss poor and it seems like no one really knows what they are doing. Most recently, I've had 2 packages on two separate occasions held at their post office unable to be delivered. The first time, the carrier was unable to get inside the post office to retrieve my package for delivery and the second time they delivered part of my package and said the other part had to be picked up from the post office...but they were closed because of the holiday. Why deliver one package stuffed in the mailbox and fail to deliver the other small box to the same location? I understand the increase in business due to the increase of Amazon Prime orders, but their process makes absolutely no sense at all. If the entire order was made through Amazon, why is only part of it delivered while the other part collects dust at the post office? DO BETTER!"
