"I went in Friday 12/23 to get a piercing with my daughter. The experience was good. Monday, while washing my face, the nose piercing fell out and down the drain. I tried contacting Sasha (the piercer) to ask if she could re-pierce my nose but she wasn’t there. I called Tuesday and she wasn’t there ( not a big deal…everyone needs time off). I went in Wednesday afternoon after calling in the morning (when she was out “shopping”), she was also “shopping” in the afternoon. I left my phone number because I’d already spent three days trying to contact her. She never called me back. I was hoping she could give me some sort of a break since I had already spent over $150. Thursday, I finally got in touch with her and she said she would have to charge me full price. I’m annoyed by this but I’m more annoyed at the lack of communication."
