"Been using this ferry for years, as everyone else has, and they're so nice. All the people that take your money, greet you, show your where to park on the ferry, they're all always excellent help with wonderful dispositions. Will definitely continue to use it instead of making the long drive."
"Less than one hr after crossing and being charged one price! I then came back across less than an hr later and was charged more! I was told not my problem they messed up over there! Even after showing my receipt! You’re right it’s my fault so charge me more! $20 a car not enough!"
"Always very pleasant but prices could be better for every day users."
"Great ferry across Lake Champlain and easy access to the Northway / I-87 in NY. The parking area is a bit tight but the ferries are often enough to not jam it up too much."
"Quick service and pretty nice people. Nice room inside to look around! Only thing is it’s a tad expensive because it’s short, but it’s way better than driving all the way around the lake!"
