"Great customer service! I ordered 2 water gardens, one for me and one for a friend for her Christmas gift. After ordering I realized that it would come here and then I would have to send it... With live plants in it, I didn't want to take the chance. I e mailed and asked if they could split the order. I had to pay additional shipping but, no big deal. Hers arrived yesterday and I got mine this evening... So unique. Next time I need a cool gift I will be sure to order from Vermont Nature Creations!"

"I just have to say that I have ordered 4 all different one's please note! And have not been disappointed at all. They are very welled made great amazing quality built to be very honest. I have accidentally hit mine while hanging full of plants and water and it never broke or even fell off the tiny notch that holds it onto the hanger. I'm so hooked on these now that I keep ordering them for gifts plus my personal decor. I you haven't gotten at least 2 your missing out."
"Hanging Water Gardens makes BEAUTIFUL, handcrafted plant rooters! I ordered two of the Mini Heart Hanging Water Gardens as gifts for Christmas. They seem to be made of high quality materials. At first, I only received one of the two of the Hanging Water Gardens that I had ordered together; so I emailed the Vermont Nature Creations email. David promptly responded around three hours later via email and he called and left me a voicemail as well. I responded to his email, answering the questions he had asked, and David responded within half an hour stating he would ship the second Hanging Water Garden the next day. I got the second Hanging Water Garden in the mail three days later, with a decorative magnet ladybug, as sort of an apology for messing up the order! His customer service is phenomenal. Also, I love how you can buy glass beads and decorative magnets to go with your Hanging Water Gardens to personalize them. I left the two I ordered "bare" so the women that I ordered them for for gifts can decorate them as they desire. Both of the Hanging Water Gardens came with hooks so that you can hang the Water Gardens on your curtain rod up in the window. You can also hang the Water Gardens flush against the wall, which is very pretty as well. Lastly, the Hanging Water Gardens both came with their own sets of plants, even extra plants in case some died in the transit. David included "Quick Tips" on how to get your plants started. The women I bought the Hanging Water Gardens for will both love these, as do I! I will definitely be ordering one for myself in the future."
