"I will never return to this place. I have made the mistake twice, shame on me for going back the second time. They are awful, and so is Hyundai in general. My Tuscon was there for 2 months at 46k miles for a total engine rebuild 10 months ago! They had to wait on parts because so many Tuscons were having the same issue. Whenever I would call for an update they would avoid my calls and not return them. My POS Tuscon is back for misfiring - it needs spark plugs and coils. Is this reasonable on a totally rebuilt engine? Is it reasonable that I am now on my 6th day renting a car because they say they don't have the coils in stock! They said a couple days, now I can't get an answer. I've been promised twice now that it will be looked into and they will call me back. They never call back. I believe I could have bought it to my neighborhood mechanic and they would have had the parts within a day, but not this place that specializes in Hyundais!! It's just like 10 months ago. I only went back here because the dealership I bought it from couldn't get me in for a week and the car was not driveable. I didn't expect for it to be sitting there for a week and to pay for a rental! Avoid this place at all costs. I agree with the other poor reviews - they are beyond horrible! And if you're contemplating purchasing a Hyundai - DON'T DO IT!! I have learned a very expensive lesson."

"Bought new 2023 car and had a problem with the oil pump told me it would be 1 day to fix, turn out to be two full day. They gave me a loner car after almost after the first day has pass. They use almost a half of my gas to test drive it. I had to ask them to fill it. I use to tell people how great this service was, now I would tell you to question everything that they do. They’re short handed so that your problem not theirs."

"My vehicles windshield was cracked and they refuse to repair it! They claim they are not responsible for vehicles that are outside overnight! They had my car for almost a week! Do you think that's fair??? I don't! I believe because I didn't buy my car from them, I am not a loyal customer! We brought it in for recall alert and received bad customer service. I suggest you bring your recalled car to the dealer you bought it from for the best customer service. We even called Hyundai Corporate and they can't believe the dealer is not repairing it. Corporate can't help us because dealers are independently owned. My suggestion.... Stay away if you didn't buy your car at Nashua Hyundai. Thank you for reading."
