"I’m giving a five because the technician was great although I can’t remember his name unfortunately and I don’t want him to have a lower score. The fast talker female who called last week to reschedule was terrible- I had to yell “wait a minute wait a minute” at her so she wouldn’t hang up on me before I could ask the question I had. And I don’t like that the window is 8 AM to 5 PM until they’re on their way. I had work zoom meetings, etc. scheduled and would’ve been nice to get a narrower window."
