"My 84year old mother needed her porch and garage roof replaced. The shingles were removed and all the equipment was supplied. Nail gun,compressor, ladders , ice and water shield, shingles, cap shingles etc. Everett sent a drunk on a bicycle to start work after dinner and worked 2 hours in the dark . Crooked shield, nails showing. I called the owner who said he would come by to take a look. Don't hold your breath. I never heard from either one again. The roof is exposed and needs to be finished by someone else. Do not recommend Everett Lounder and sons roofing to anyone. My elderly mothers roof is a mess. They took advantage of her. Everett and his friend Tommy Patnaude kept her money. These guys are bums"

My thanks for Lounder & Sons for helping her with: -the insurance company, -doing a great job in the timely and professional workmanship of her roof repair, -treating her with respect, -and not taking advantage of her as historically other contractors have done.
