"Oct 2023. Rooter-Man was the fourth plumbing firm I called to clear a 48-hour backed up drain. My plumber couldn’t clear it and my septic company couldn’t respond for three weeks. I took a chance and asked if these folks would come to Vermont; they were here within a couple of hours and cleared the drain quickly. I highly recommend Rooter-Man!"

"Original onsite walk and project overview was very professional and answered questions. A timeline was given and a week after original work date request I had to reach back out. They had no details of what I went over. New team came out and gave a slightly different quote but had a fairly good idea of what was to happen. Pricing was quoted as $150/hr + materials. Quote was $1250-1500. After the work was done they said $1500. $750 for labor. I paid and then reached out to the office for an itemized receipt. They could not provide one. The work crew also wasn't super professional. They dumped the water from the pipes in my washing machine on top of clean clothes. They put the old cut pipes in my paper products recycling bin. Just not happy and would not recommend."
