Reviews
"Should be zero stars. Called a dozen times and they just hang up. Put my package in a locked package container and forgot to give me the key."
"I'm trying to find a document mailed by Priority Mail and according to its tracking number has been sitting in Manchester PO for 2 days and not being delivered. Great to have a phone number that no one answers! Thanks for nothing USPS"
"So a few days prior to my visit today 11/9/23, I forgot to put some important information on the my money letter, the host at the counter did everything in her power to at least get me my receipt to try to track down my money order. Absolutely great customer service."
"The supervisor on shift (10/16 AM) was rude and treated us like trash because my BIL was away caring for his sick father and his mail got backed up. Nevermind the fact he is autistic and struggles with managing household stuff. And her behavior made him cry. It literally costs zero dollars to treat people with kindness and respect. Then when you are upset they treat you like garbage dragged to the curb by a feral cat, and when you tell them it’s rude and unacceptable, she first wanted to argue with me. When I refused to hear her side, given she verbally abused my psychiatrically disable brother in law, she just told me to leave. Apparently, working at USPS entitles you to have a god complex over delivering junk mail and losing people’s packages."
"Had an important package incoming to my old address, They made sure I got it, even without the tracking number."
