"Xenophobic, unorganized and unprofessional. Denied my partner the capacity to be a secondary on my mailbox because of “terrorists” (he is from Brazil) and the fact that he only had an international passport for an ID. He was able to get a post office box no problem though? Not only that, I’m watching a slew of people angrily walk away from the store (as I have on several occasion) because they randomly close and don’t tell people or post it on their site. Tried calling and it wasn’t on the VM either. Save your money and go elsewhere…truly terrible all around. ."

"Staff is very patient. Internet access is bad so if you need to look something up (like a shipping address) do it before you arrive. Guest network is slow. Cellular coverage is not great."

"Never again will I do an Amazon return here. I usually go through kohls and have never had an issue with a return. I usually have my refund in hours. I had no choice but to use The UPS Store for the returns I had. I was returning some clothing that did not fit properly. There were 3 items all in original packaging and labels. I can’t even get a status on the return. The return label given to me from UPS had a bunch of weird numbers (not the usual UPS tracking number) and it just said contact Amazon for status. I had to contact Amazon and they refunded me anyway despite never receiving the items. I have read horror stories of UPS store workers “shopping” in the Amazon returns. I really hope this is not the case but I really don’t know. I definitely will not be back! Edit because I can not reply to the owners comment: I am fully aware of the up to 30 days for a refund. It has exceeded that time and all 3 items are no where to be found. There is no status update, no movement, nothing! The suggestion was made because it isn’t unheard of. I just find it crazy that all 3 items I returned have disappeared with no trace. It never even went into the system. There is no tracking for them whatsoever."

"I just want to say that I do not usually write reviews. I find it a waste of my time to write them. However, based on the most recent negative reviews, I am compelled to write this review. The previous negative reviews stated that the new owner and daughter are incompetent to run this business, and that the person at the front desk is extremely rude to the customers. Based on my experience today, I found that the person at the front desk was neither rude nor incompetent. In fact, she greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner. She was professional and took care of packing and labeling my package quickly and efficiently so that it would ship today. Thank you for a great customer service experience!"
