"Terrible customer service. A few weeks ago some woman with fake name - they do that in hippie Vermont - named Bean started yelling at me. Small town Vermont does NOT understand customer service. On top of it, I wrote a letter to the post master Rex and he didn't even write back, call or even acknowledge the letter. Terrible! Luckily, I live in Putney and that post office is great!"
