"Easily my favorite workout of the week. I'm new to boxing and have found the 101 and hit mitts classes really helpful. Coach is patient, supportive, and doesn't let me avoid the skills I hate doing (i.e. jump roping). I appreciate that he corrects my technique and makes me repeat combos until I get it right. I always leave feeling about a million times less stressed. Could not recommend more."
