"Always been very helpful to me"
"Its alright at times, but due to living in the apartments at the Wolcott store sometimes my packages will arrive here instead. I went to go pick up a package that was left there by USPS from Amazon and I was accused by staff of having it be shipped there on purpose. I had been rather nice and co-operative through the entire thing regardless of being upset. I even kindly apologized and explained the situation. But the staff working at the time told me to stop using USPS to ship my Amazon packages or they would have to send them back. I have no control over what company delivers my package from Amazon! Needless to say I won't be ordering anything for a while."
"Horrible service. Packages get there and don't arrive at my house for days. I have to pick up my packages on Saturday sometimes. A package arrived there yesterday for me. They didn't deliver it today and now monday is a holiday. Completely pitiful."
