"You almost never drop your package off with a person. They tell you leave the package on a desk (It looks like customers shouldn't even be inside) You have NEVER get a receipt showing acceptance. Also 3-5 people always congregate in the parking lot to smoke cigarettes and sit on their phones. They are never willing to help- You need to get buzzed inside the fence to gain access. I've sat waiting upwards of five minutes. Ultimately it's just really unprofessional! Most recently, I dropped off a package, and it never got an origin scan. So it was either thrown away or stolen... As a small business owner this is really upsetting and makes me look bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Update: 2/1/22 - I've since found another place to drop off my FedEx packages. However, I do still go here from time to time. I will say that people are taking packages in person a lot more, and are much more prompt about scanning them in!"
