He arrived early, greeted us warmly on a cold morning, and brought us to Dartmouth Hitchcock. When procedures were finished later in the morning, we called the office and Steve picked us up. The car, inside and out, was immaculate and clean. Steve opened the doors for us and treated us like guests, and most importantly, took great care of us and made sure we arrived on time.
