"Wish I could do less. Such horrible service, was supposed to receive my package a week ago, and they keep putting it as a delivery exception future date requested. I don't live out of the way and can't seem to reach anyone to be able to get it myself. These are gifts for Christmas so it's been very frustrating."

"Location is apparently understaffed, so I kept receiving notifications that my package was on trucks for delivery, and then notifications that it was delayed at the end of the day. After multiple days of this, I drove to the location hoping I might be able to simply pick up the package from them. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and located the driver of the truck with my package. She called me and met me to hand me the package. I wish FedEx's system had allowed me to avoid the inconvenience of having to drive to them, but the staff with whom I interacted at this location were helpful."

"The worst!! Fed ex tried to deliver Friday. I was not home. They left the note. They never retried as is stated in their online log. I know cause I was home and even watched the Fed Ex truck drive by one of those days. Now the package is back to the sender leaving me the task to figure it out. Lebanon Fed Ex you need to get your house straight!! If you don't want to deliver packages, go do something else."

"Calls to confirm address. Delivers package to neighbors a mile down the road, 3-4 times. Doesn't deliver package because "wrong address", 3 times. drives past my house 2 time every day. Ive got a big open driveway right on a paved main road, plenty of room for a little FedEx truck ive put much bigger trucks in with plenty of room."

"FedEx Ground delivered someone's LL Bean order to our company by mistake on a Saturday. We found them on Monday morning. I called FedEx every day for a week to let them know they delivered 3 packages to the wrong address. A week later, the packages are still here. I feel bad for the LL Bean customer. The tracking info for the 3 packages says delivered. I'm sure he had to contact LL Bean, and had to explain that he didn't receive the order even though the tracking info says delivered. Every customer service rep I spoke with had a deep Indian accent. I could barely understand them. Each rep said they would have the packages picked up the next day. The packages are still here. Poor quality delivery service - delivers to wrong address, poor customer service and poor logistical abilities make FedEx Ground a poor choice for the customer. If I could have given zero stars, I would have."
