"Would give 0 stars if I could I've sent multiple packages to south royalton with just the street address and not the PO box listed. I send an incredibly important package and pay for priority shipping and they send the package back the same days it's received because there is no PO Box listed. The tracking information has not been updated in almost a week so I ask where it's going and the woman on the phone tells me "I don't know, probably Nashua". Unbelievably unprofessional and would not recommend. Use the WRJ post office instead."

"Like the other poor reviews stated, the customer service at this location is awful. The people at the desk always make me feel like a major inconvenience. For over 2 years they deliver mail to my partner's (who lives WITH me) physical address, but refuse to deliver my mail because they want to get paid for 2 "stops", and so they told me to put up another mailbox. I've talked in person to them about it and have even filled out the form they gave me to put my name at the address and they still refuse to deliver despite delivering to all other recipients at that address."

"After five years in SoRo, I miss even the local post office. They knew me by name within the first week I moved there and always greeted me with a welcome and a smile. I never had trouble with my mail and they even went great lengths to find me* when my then boyfriend was trying to deliver me fresh flowers (obviously a P.O. Box isn’t a good address for that!). *NOT in a creepy way!—just gentle word of mouth—it’s a small town so their efforts easily paid off :-) But anywhere else, even that effort wouldn’t have been made. Oh! And the flowers!—Also from the wonderful local SoRo florist—They were gorgeous!"
