"Hardly ever get packages delivered to my house. 95% held for pickup, and I don't find out until after they're already closed. Limited hours to begin with. Complained to NE Postmaster, my state rep, to no resolution. Always told the USPS is shortstaffed and experiencing higher volume (service was already terrible before the pandemic). Well...maybe, hire more people. I hear some people may be looking for work right now. Or don't accept shipping contracts (Amazon??) that you can't handle. I want to support the USPS, I really do. But supporting something that doesn't work is just ridiculous."

"Reliable, predictable, economic, thoughtful. I don't understand the complaints. I don't think it's actually in the job description to deliver your package up a long driveway if you are on a rural route, for example. I always request USPS shipping. USPS thinks it's still worth it to have an office in my town, can take my outgoing package TODAY (not like FEDEX), can find my house (not like UPS), has a real person in the office I can talk to, forwarded my PO box mail to my rural route during the pandemic. Great service. I hope they survive."

"Simply unreliable for delivery of packages of any size. Frequent visits to the Post Office to collect mail are a necessity in Thetford Center. The odd hours of business make this a real difficulty."
