"I have been a customer for about 4yrs. We had nothing but trouble with them delivering. There drivers use any excuse not to deliver, I have been lied to about them not being able to get down the steps to my tanks. My neighbor who uses the same steps get there delivery but Irving can't make it down them.I have been lied to about them even showing up and using the excuse that they could not get down the steps. I will changeing from Irving as soon as possible."
