"Came here on New Year’s Eve and tried to pay for things with a gift card and the rest on Apple Pay because I wasn’t gonna use my bank card for $.31 and it froze up and we had to cancel it about two times and then finally decided not to work didn’t wanna wait so I left More than likely will be going to the store down the road. That will be better!!!! That isn’t the first time the machine has done that one night I was there for 25 minutes for the damn machine to work. The machine sucks!!"

"Stopped to buy cigarettes and was hassled by the clerk for five minutes. He kept saying the pack I wanted was display only. Kept refusing to sell me the cigarettes clearly in stock. Finally got my butts the line behind me had grown. This happened twice. I have only been there twice. Will never go back."

"Went to fill up with my husband and grandson this evening. My grandson got out of the car with my husband. While waiting for the tank to fill, my grandson noticed an old, dirty glove on the ground, and gave it a kick. At that point, the store clerk came out and started yelling at my husband and grandson to pick it up! My husband told him that it didn’t belong to us and wasn’t picking it up. (The guy probably couldn’t even see what my grandson kicked!). The clerk continued screaming (I could hear him in the car with the windows up). He told my husband that beginning tomorrow, we would be banned from filling our tank there. Is this guy nuts? (It’s not our job to pick up the Irving parking lot!). Sent a message to corporate also. I know times are tough, and hiring is hard, but this person is not right."
