"Trail angels is a great service. Dan is a great driver - extremely communicative and easy to book! He was also great to talk with during our ride - he told us about all his favorite trails in the area and some of his wild hiking adventures over the years. I had booked a ride back to the Appalachia trail head at the end of our presidential traverse. We ended our hike a little earlier than expected and planned to just hang out at the Highland lodge for a few hours. Dan picked us up early and we got to our car more than an hour earlier than expected. I find the prices to be fair and reasonable, especially if you’re with a large group. The AMC shuttle is $20/pp so it’s definitely a competitive and you’re on your own schedule!"

"I've used trails angels Both last year and this year. Both times they were consummate professionals. This allows my group of 4 to only need to drive one vehicle up when we hiked the presidential traverse. Both times they were able to update us with expected conditions on the mountain for weather and terrain, and give us tips for doing the traverse. The owner is much more than just a driver, he hikes as well and regaled us with tales of his hikes and trips. Our appointment this year was at 11, he was at the pickup spot at 1058. The trip was far faster than using the AMC shuttle. The cost was perfectly reasonable for 4 people to split. I recommended him to several other hikers who were planning return trips. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Dan was all you could ask for in a shuttle driver. He was communicative, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. The van was clean (for a hiker shuttle vehicle) and the shuttle was smooth. Highly recommend."
