"The Manager Georgia is absolutely fabulous the internal administrative staff is wonderful very professional the deliveries have always been on time extremely great rates any questions I have ever had was answered in a timely fashion and to my understanding . Would highly recommend the company as their service is superior! Thank you, C N Brown of Lancaster, NH."
"Every time I’ve called whom ever I speak with is always courteous & friendly, we shopped around & cn brown was the cheapest so we went with them oil delivery was delivered the week it was promised when they were available in my area which is understandable as we’re out in the woods. Overall great experience! Will continue doing business with them!"
"Would give zero stars. We order oil almost 2 weeks ago. At the time the price was 4.94/gal. I offered to pre pay and asked if the price would change I was assured it would not and the delivery was scheduled for May 2. It was delivered today and we were charge 6.19/gal. Called to figure out what happened and the we were told it was the price day of delivery (contradictory to what we were told when we ordered) and that information was given at the time during the first phone call (it was not, nor do they record their calls) and was on the website (it is not as I double checked after being told so). The manager tried to tell us that other oil companies have the same policies and no one else has 100 gallon minimums which is far from the truth as we price shop and have used several. What other company's do though is allow prepayment for the price day of ordering which we were lead to believe here. We will not be using this company again and just glad we only ordered 100gallons"
"I thought the cable companies were bad. There is absolutely no desire for customer retention and zero motivation to work with customers struggling to get by. I have several different heating fuel providers and never feel like a burden to them more than CN Brown. On top of being about 20 percent more expensive than any other supplier I have there is no desire for me to continue service with this company. I am actively looking to switch this last CN brown account over to my other supplier which has always reliably worked with me and gone above and beyond with their service. Unfortunately it’s the absolute worst time of year to switch service and I may be forced to either buy tanks for this other property or have to fight with CN Brown nearly every week for the remainder of this heating season. With all my income sources struggling to pay me I may not be able to take advantage of that prompt pay discount (which is still more expensive than my other supplier) but I always pay the bill and they make more off of me not being able to get that discount yet I get punished after all these years and thousands of dollars. I look forward to having the CN Brown logo removed from the side of my property next year."
"I unfortunately inherited this company from the previous owner. Just stay away unless you like to deal with terrible customer service, extra fees, and long delivery times. They refused to put me on auto delivery for a rental property. They told me to call them when I need a delivery. When I did call they said I have to pay an extra $150 fee to get a delivery that day. The next time I called they made me wait 2 weeks for a delivery. I ended up cancelling service with them so I don't have to deal with their incompetence any more. I emailed them before canceling and it fell on deaf ears, when I did cancel no apology or attempt to correct the issues to keep me as a customer. They simply do not care. And their canned response to talk to a territory manager is a joke, I emailed the "territory manager" twice with no response. They really are an awful company. Stay away."
