"We recently moved to Lancaster, NH, to a 1957 ranch, and the old cast plumbing was rusted, clogged, and in need of replacement to PVC. We had purchased a new washer and dryer, and when the washer went to the drain cycle, the drain backed up. This was on Christmas Eve, and they closed for Christmas break at 12:00 noon. I called at 1:00 PM and they had after hours emergency answering service. Josh Fitch and Forrest McCabe showed up shortly thereafter; now that's dedicated service from a professional business that truly cares about their customers. They tried to snake the line, but there was too much corrosion, so after Christmas they returned and replace the lines with PVC. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.
