"The mail carrier is the worst not dependable delivery is not regular the post office is only open part time she continuously looks for reasons to hold mail from delivery, I will get a PO Box in a neighboring town to get mail on a regular basis. My mail has been held 4 times in a year, I'm handicap and have a hard time getting in and out of my vehicle to open an empty mailbox. 2 wks later After getting a PO box in Lancaster this letter carrier is still holding my mail or not forwarding it, this is ridiculous, there is obviously a supervision problem."
